I had an appointment this morning and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I haven’t been to a dentist in multiple years and I was very nervous and embarrassed.. Alexandria was SO nice and comforting. She is amazing at what she does and was very good at explaining what she was doing. Honestly, I was debating canceling because I was nervous but I’m really happy I went through with it. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with them if you’re looking for a non-judgmental experience.
I broke a tooth on a Tuesday night and I called the next morning on Wednesday around 9:00 to see if I could be seen sometime soon to have it looked at. I had never been seen there before. They had an 11:00 open and I took it. Parking was easy to find in their private parking garage. The office was very clean and everyone was very friendly, warm and inviting. They got me back quickly and explained everything thoroughly and the filling process went painlessly. I was out in less than an hour with my tooth fixed. The entire process was so smooth. I live in Ankeny, so there are a ton of dentists to choose from closer, but I was very pleased with the top notch care here and I will happily make the drive to establish care in the future for further exams/cleanings.
I have a really tough time at dentists and the staff really made me feel at home! Everyone was super nice and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. The office is beautiful and the parking directions are very clear. Everything about this experience was amazing and I will continue to see the dentists that work here!! Thank you!
